Flew into Tawau, Sabah, Borneo on Monday morning after a hair-raisingly close call with check-in times in KLIA. For anybody who is ever flying with air asia from KL airport, their terminal, LCCT is 20km away from the main terminal, just for future reference!!
The sickening part of all this was we spent a day travelling North East to Sndakan by bus and had we known our itinerary was going to work out the way it did, we could have flown to Sandakan from the gate beside ours that morning 5 minutes before we took off for Tawau and saved ourselves the day on a bus! The joys of travelling!
