Hong Kong changes constantly. I went back and saw lot of changes, not only in terms of the cityscape-- structural and economical developments but also in the hearts of citizens. More and more HK citizens determined to stand up and step out to defend their citizen rights which were ever increasingly eroded over the years since lame-duck and sunset Hong Kong governance was importantly impotent and unfairly skewed toward colossal corporate dominance and exploitation, as well as self-conjectured pro-Beijing policy.

Time seemingly was not kind as more and more natural resources and landscape were to be exploited, developed and rebuilt. Grab the precious moment to visit some pristine remote islands whenever possible. For example, Tai O was an old fish village, still intact with lots of great scenery and local cuisine. Life unfolded in a slower motion here in Tai O as compared to the hustle and bustle of citylife. Egrets were regular leisure visitors at Tai O. Sunrise or sunset highlighted the silhouettes of egrets are perfect picture for photographers.

Big Buddha on a mount in Lantau island was a cultural landmark for Hong Kong.  It was definitely great for naturalists, hikers, and Buddha worshippers. One could not easily grapple with the fact that not far away were the busy HK International airport and HK Disneyland.

Ocean park was indeed an unparalleled paradise for family fun. Panda An An undoubtedly got many loyal fans across the globe. Marine creatures such as dolphins and seals were active performers, livley and entertaining. Cable cars carried vistiors across the greens with a breathtaking view of HK islands and when it climbed up to the top, another world of the ferris wheel and pirate ships were waiting for adrenaline challengers.

Macau was highly developed as an international haven of entertaining casino-resorts. Many glistening new hotels and casino-resorts were built last couple of years and more grand ones were to be built in the near future.Venetian hotel was a typical example.
