Headed to Ypres this morning to have a look around some of the war graves from the First World War and also took a quick look at the town itself which looks quite nice, May have a better look around on the way back, if we can, and also when we have actually got some change for the parking meters.

Journey back to St Omer was a complete and utter balls up thanks to the French system of marking the roads with a completely different number to the ones shown on the map. That's my excuse anyway and I'm sticking to it. Half hour journey turned into at least an hour. We then drove around St Omer for another good twenty minutes looking for our hotel.

Eventually found the place and have to say that the standard of the cars which have arrived so far is pretty mixed, with some very good ones and some who don't seem to have been arsed bothering at all.

Off for a beer or three and some nosh, updates and maybe some photos later.

Looking at the other cars you've not got anything to worry about. Moyra May will be THE BEST competitor by far. BUT my main concern is Ste getting his legs out already!!!!! Good luck for today's stage of the rally.

Ste in shorts? Has he gone native already? Or is that his idea of fancy dress?

We like the Mouse Car but there are a few other good ones. Paint job on Moyra May is the best though.

NIce paint job. Furry car is amazing. Being a bit of a Moto GP fan I also dig the Valentino Rossi inspired Golf.
Have a great trip. You'll get to Prague no worries (from a mechanical perspective - not sure about your navigating Andy given standard so far!)

Thanks everyone for your comments. I honestly didn't realise that Ste's legs were visible in the photo when I uploaded it, so I'm in big trouble. Whitest legs I've ever seen.

Oh my God I am blinded .................Steve's legs are bluer than mine and that takes alot. O

I don't think those knees have seen daylight since Mum's wedding - defo the last time they were photographed. DSC
