arrived in airlie beach and book a sailing trip on the S.V Whitehaven, it was an eco sailing safari and the boat was very nice, i went with a girl claire who i met on magnetic island. we got on a lunch and then sailed out to blue pearl bay where we snorkleed and saw lots of fish and coral was really good, then we sailed over to where to ancored for the night,

next morning we started sailing early 6am, and went to whitehaven beach which is voted best beach in the world it was so white and the sea so clear it was great, u can see the photos. we were on the beach for 3 hours walking around, we had to b off by 11am due to the tide else we would get stuck there which is y we left so early in the morning. we then had lunch on the boat with the turtles who kept popping up next to tht boat to say hello. after lunch we sailed around some more and then moored up and did some more snorkelling, saw lots more fish and coral.
in the evening the captin taught us all about the stars and how to navigate with them which was really cool we saw the milky way, the southern cross and jupiter, its right in the middle of capricorn, my starsign apparently that means i will find love (so sorry mum mayb i will hav to stay here if it comes true).

the next day we sailed around more and then headed back to airlie beach and dry land once more, it was such a good trip the boat was really nice and the crew were good and the food was amazing so it was a fun few days, the boat has a web page if u want to google it u can see the pictures. in the afternoon we just rested and went for dinner as sailing is quite tiring. its a tough life.
