Saturday - today went took a Trolley ride through the city. We got off at a place called the Seaport and took a bus/boat to a Seal Tour in the Harbor. It was really a great tour of the Harbor, we got to see Seals, Sea Lions and lots of different birds. They rave about the "California Brown Pelican", Becky and I can't tell the difference between the California Brown Pelican and the Florida Brown Pelican. Lots of boats were out and we passed through the Navy Bases. After the Harbor Tour we stopped to have lunch in the Seaport Village, walked through there for a short while. We went back on the Trolley to through the rest of the city. We saw the restaurant where they filmed "Top Gun's" Great Balls of Fire - I think that was a highlight for the kids. We also took a horse and carriage ride in a "Cinderella Carriage". On our way back to the condo we stopped at Ocean Beach (which is not far from our condo) and walked through they quaint little beach town - the kids and I put our feet in the Pacific Ocean (which was very, very cold!) Ocean Beach is a funky surfer town - lots of tattooed, young people. Even Reece noticed - "why do all the people have tattoos?" Lots of surfer's out. Had a great dinner as the sun set and ended the evening with stopping for ice cream for the kids.

I love seeing animals in their natural environment. That is so cool! Wow! Love that royal treatment with all of the fancy rides, what fun! Continue to have a terrific time. Take care!
