Not much to say about this trip except we timed it perfectly. This happened to be the absolute nicest day of the year in the UK by a country mile. Not a cloud in the sky and the temperature over 80 degrees for the only time in 2008. The beach is pebbles, not sand. And the combination of curious tourists, local hippie types and white trash makes Brighton a sort of English Coney Island.
