Well we´re back in Cusco after four days in the jungle. We leave tonight on an overnight bus for Arequipa. We had a really good time in spite of the crazy heat and mosquitos. Didn`t see any monkeys on ¨Monkey Island¨ but we did get to hold a baby monkey at a research center that we visited. Met some very nice people. Including 4 very crazy, hysterically funny Kiwis.
More to come... amd more pics soon.

Trout Sweat!?! I love Trout Sweat!
I've got to admit, that sounds dammmmnnnn good! I'll make sure to look for it on the menu while we're there. Love the pics and blurbs, Nora. It's inspiring to see you, James and Erin having such an incredible adventure. It makes the normally exciting Aliso Viejo seem so dull and tame. I can't believe Jen and I will be there in two weeks! Any particular restaurant suggestions in Cuzco?
How exciting!
Nora, thanks for sharing this trip. I am so thrilled to see your adventures this way. I am reliving my trip to Peru again through yours.
I will be back in Peru in person again, but it is fun to join you on yours.
Cool Beans!
You guys have apparently bitten off some major travel plans. Thanks for sending me the link to your travels. We (WTC-ers) had a great trip to Peru as well & like Laurie said, it brings back good memories. I'm looking forward to your posts.
