So here I am, attempting to figure out how this whole 'Travelpod' thing works. I keep looking at my friend Emily's profile to see how she did it, and I think I finally have it figured out! (Maybe.)

My trip does not begin for another month or so, but it seems like I have so much to do before I leave. First thing is first; and this is the big thing...BUY MY TICKET. Currently, my ticket costs $799.90 one way...and that is already up from $742 a couple of weeks ago. I'm hoping to get my ticket bought within the next couple of weeks so it is not too much more expensive...

Amongst other things that I need to do...speak with my manager about whether or not I need to take a leave of absence or what. Mostly because it would be nice if I had a job waiting for me when I got back! I also need to do some research on costs of storage units while I'm gone. In all actuality, that doesn't seem like a lot to do...but knowing me, I might forget or accidentally put it off!

I'll keep everyone updated as my departure date gets closer!
