Isla del Sol is set on the stunning Lake Titicaca, just on the border between Peru and Bolivia. We took a boat across to the island first thing in the morning, taking just over two hours to get there. We then walked across the Island from North to South, taking in some Inca ruins and some beautiful scenery along the way.

The walk took about three hours and was a bit strenuous at times but the views were breathtaking.

The sight of donkeys wondering about aimlessly is beginning to become quite familiar to us now!
