Spent yesterday afternoon learning how to wait and use the stone grill!!

right all the ozzies and kiwis know about this, but the UK people dotn so i shal explain]
the stone grill has been around for 15yrs, its a stone, black, quite heavy, theres about 100 kept in an oven at over 400 degrees!!!

meat is cooked on it the meat is cooked carbon free, and tastes clean, we all got to try a piece, the meat tasted beautiful!!

we were taught how to carry them, they are heavy and quitte delicate
new way forward for the restuarant
the restaurant is closing in May for refurbishment, so this is the start for the new for the company,

bonus of being trained in how to manage stonegrill and waitress food to customers, is that you have to teach the customers how to cut meat on the grill and make sure they do it coreect to get the best tasste of meat from the grill. now i know the stone grill can use the skil across the world, stone grill is worldwide!!

another bonus today was i learnt how to use a coffee machine!!!

now offically classed as a barrista!! im pretty glad i can make coffee on a machine, so many coffeee shops all over, a great skill to know!!
a woman came in and taught us how to make sure we can make coffee
did you know its 70%barrista thjat makes a good coffe, the other parts is the cofeee itslef in the grind

taught how to steam and warm up milk, never over 70% wil make the milk burn\

overll had an enjoyable training day learning how to officallly make coffee!!

more of a impressive skill on the CV than fruit picking, so grateful for being able to take something away from this work placement!

even though its only short and temporary
