yesterday Andy cheered me up
he took me to AUCKLAND museum
should have gone ages agao but \so glad i didnt cos nw i had a native buddy to go wirth!!
he had neevr been as Andy is from christ churh so first for him too!!

it was really interesting actually
the museum itslef is set in the domain park whihc itself is an aweome grass park of Auckland

Got to learn about the maori culture more, also the native species of birds and previous biords that lived here
also the volanco and earthquake section was really interesting but the natural museum in London wil always be my favourite for the natural hsotoy city side
Anyd got to explain more about the wildlife in depth, and say where you can find it
NZ so cool many fish species you can actuallly fish for!!!

today went to Rangitota island
awesome day, hot, went with another couch surfer called Jenny
she was cool been here for 7 weeks, re visiting her farm workers
so many farms in New zelaand their main agricultre and exports, the dairy farm she visited hardworkers
dairy farmers work the hardest have to

the island was ful of tourists bit hard to walk up, but the view was the best of auckland
and as you walked youi could read information on how the volcano formed, very interesting
it erupted 600 years ago one of the biggest eruptions in New zealadn!!!
new volcano\
they repdict that New zealand wil have further volcano eruptions out of the sea and also earthquakes
Christchurch is sitting on a time bomb for an earthquake
New zealand is sitting on the ring of fire which is line of plates with volcanoes on across where the plates are all connected, when the plates rub eathquake will occur, its amzing one hasnt happened
though NZ is a new county
records only started early 1900's
