Long day of travelling yesterday
actualy 9hrs from queenstown direct up to Christchurch
great journey though had commnetary all the way from queenstown to Christchurch and found out some great facts

main fact i liked was the fact that the south island lakes, expecially cromwell where the lake was man made, issues about that, you can now scuba dive into the lake and see a brisge and a car which was flooded when the lake was made

the lakes power 80% of New zealand electricty how amazing is that!!

we did stop off, but longgggggggg journey

Christchurch the garden city has the largest park in the southern hemispehre thats pretty cool
today spent time openieng a bank account and also doing the walking tour which the guide book had in
meeting up with Andy later on for new years celebrtation, Andy's my friend i made in Auckland, Em and kels house mate, kept in touch, awesoem fella!!

big celebration going on in the church square tonight, surpisingly no count down for the new year, but a count down for the rugby world cup, Kiwis are looking forward to that!!!
