Where I stayed
i managed to get a fixed taxi to the 1st night accomodation before the tour startts tomrwo
at the white house i met a couple of peopel who are volunteering in Delhi about an hour away in a school, they took me around to some of the sites of delhi!
i entered the old delhi area, where the smell of urine, rubish everywhere and people ecverywhere was seen
we saw the red fort which was built in 1648 by Shah Jahan, suposef to move capital from agra to delhi this yer but nerver happened, interesting building with many other templess and buildings inside, it was quite beautiful, the fort dates back from the maghal power
also walked through the streets seen the many indian items, gosh lots to by i reckon the colours and spices amazing! already seen the sacred cows on teh street, they are alowed to just eat the rubbish then die slowly, then volunteer vets try to get rid iof ther plastic but then ther cows are out back on the street where they eat more rubbish and plastic and start to die again, oops
already thogh got aan experience of india, its smelly, so unbelieveably hot!! people everywhere, so not used to its goin to be hard to get used to i think
peopel also have pictures taken with you as they want photos of us tourists, its so diferent and strange!!
already experience the cuisine, like chipatis no meat here thogh i dont want to risk delhi belly!
i meet the tour gorup tomorow ben on a tuk tuk so will try one tomorwo on my own that will be an experience!!
