This morning we went by bus to
Hälsö Konditori, a Swedish bakery in the Kitsilano section of Vancouver. Sze is always on the look out for Malaysian restaurants when we travel and I am always looking for Swedish places. Hälsö Konditori is the best Swedish bakery that I've been to outside of Sweden. I highly recommend it if you find yourself in Vancouver.

We returned to the hotel and packed up our things. After checking out and storing our luggage with the bell desk, we had a wonderful dim sum lunch at Victoria Chinese restaurant right next to our hotel. It was the best dim sum that I've had because there were a ton of vegetarian options. Have I mentioned how much I love food in Vancouver?

After lunch we took a cab to the bus station and took the Pacific Coach Line to the ferry. It's a pretty convenient way to travel since the bus drives right onto the ferry. You get out for the 1.5 hour ferry ride and then hop back on the bus that takes you to downtown Victoria.

We took a ton of pictures on the ferry. It's such a beautiful ride.

It costs about CDN$32 one way (a few bucks cheaper round trip) for the complete bus ride from the Vancouver downtown bus depot to the Victoria bus depot, tho we were dropped off a few stops early in Royal Oak instead of downtown Victoria and were picked up by family.

The rest of the day was spent catching up.
