A big day behind the wheel, we drove from Oakhurst down to Las Vegas. Endless miles of barren land and HOT! We were greeted with huge Vegas smiles when we pulled up to Errol and Glena Hansen home Thursday night. We've been enjoying lots of laughs with the former aussies. Plenty of good times in the pool, running in 98 degree weather and hitting the local shopping malls. Another hot day in the desert on Friday. Spent the afternoon checking out Hoover Dam- an amazing concrete arch-gravity dam completed in 1936. Ended the day with another king sized meal..bellies full, plenty of laughs..and enjoying each moment in the USA!
We haven't struck rich yet...but will keep you updated on that status. Lindsay needs some blackjack lessons:)

This is an awesome idea to have this travel pod thingamajig. I didn't know they existed, but there's ALOT I don't know. Congratulations to the two of you......you look happy as larks and I hope your days in the states are fantastic! If your travels bring you to NE......you know where we live Lindsay and we would LOVE LOVE LOVE to have you come. Your parents, too!! Just don't run out of gas trying to get here!!!
