We got to the airport in SFO and the flew to Atlanta for our overseas flight to Lagos. When we checked in, I mentioned that I was going to hit "Gold Status" on my Frequent Flyer program mid-Atlantic, and for whatever reason, she proceeeded to upgrade ALL our seats to First Class, As an fyi, Fthese seats cost 5-$6,000 normally. It made the 11+ hr flight SO much more tolerable

Once we landed in Lagos, (and waiting close to 2 hrs for our luggage), we made the harrowing trip to Abeokuta and got our frist hand experience with Nigeria driving. Needless to say, it was a religious experience; we prayed the whole way!
