Yesterday I crossed into Cambodia. It was a quiet and easy crossing, though 1200 Baht for the visa. In Krong Koh Kong they accept USD, Baht and Riel. They have standard exchange rates 40 Baht = 1 USD = 4,000 Riel.

Today my motorbike driver came to pick me up and take me to Tai Tai waterfall. It was 20 km from Koh Kong (250). The roads here are really good. People asked me why I went to Myanmar first. It was a good idea in hindsight, nothing fazes me now.

The waterfall was a bit disappointing. The motorbike parked at the top of a small hill and we walked down to the waterfall. I'm glad it wasn't raining or muddy or it would have been a really tough walk.

The water was flowing quite strongly, over the fall. My driver had out his phone taking photos of the waterfall. Coming from New Zealand where water falling off cliff faces is normal. Water going over a river that dips suddenly is tame.

But it does mean I didn't get wet taking photos like I did at the last one (Sutherland Falls)

Then a few quiet drinks when I got back. Tomorrow I take the bus to Sihanoukville.
