We left at 4 am yesterday to catch our plane to Prague.  Sitting next to us on the plane was a group of about 10 British guys on a stag (ie, bachelor) party.  The poor bachelor was wearing a sexy red pleather nurse's outfit, fishnet stockings, and a feather boa in 40 degree weather.  Seems like a lot of Western Europeans go to Prague for bachelor or bachelorette parties because of the cheap and plentiful alcohol.  In fact, a bottle of beer is cheaper than a bottle of water.  Sort of the equivalent to us Los Angelenos going to Tijuana for a cheap party (although I'm sure someone is taking offense to me comparing Prague to Tiajuana).

We were so tired when we got here yesterday (we've had two night of no sleep in the last 5 days) that we went to bed around 2 pm and didn't get up until this morning.  We decided to get an early start, which was dumb because it was freezing cold and nothing was open.  We have managed to cover a lot of ground today, including the Old Square, Charles Bridge, the Castle, and several neighborhoods.  It's a beautiful city with amazing& amp; nbsp;architecture.  Our highlights would have to be the sausage for Jeremy and the nutella crepe for Connie for lunch todaz.

Unfortunately, the cold and the rai n are really taking their toll on us and we are having a hard time enjoying anything that requires us to put 14 layers of clothes and go outside.  It is hard leaving 80 degree weather in LA.  So we are checking out of Prague tomorrow and heading south faster towards Croatia and Greece where we are hoping for a little more sunshine.
