Mary here.

I've been walking around enjoying blustery Fall.  I wanted to show you some of the colors that are starting.

I visited Yerkes Cemetery because it was there and got a sense of long-lived Northville pioneers. Kathy and I have a cemetery tour coming up.  I guess it is what one does.

Northville decorated Center Street with skeletons that I thought you would like.  What a cute community.

I personally am enthralled with the geese when they fly over.  I am their fan!

The lowest temperature has been 41.  I never paid attention to the weather before, but now I wake up and go to the weather channel app first thing to see what kind of day it will be.  The weather has become a companion since it is so strong and changeable.

Haley is all better and vocalizes much more.  How goes it with you?

Which one is your favorite skeleton?

 Happy Halloween!

Ahhh... weather. I am intimate with weather. Sometimes here in Cali I feel it is my secret. I am glad to know the cat is out of the bag. The little red trees? Only the beginning. Soon you will be able to collect your favorite leaves off the ground. My favorite books in which to press them? Cookbooks and dictionaries. About the skeletons... downright strange! And this from someone who loves Dia de Las Muertes! You must lay in bed at night laughing to think of the new customs you encounter. Well, it being you, a good hearty respectful chuckle! I like the skeleton with the guitar. He reminds me of an old boyfriend!
Very handsome, tall and lanky, dark in all ways. He was a bi-sexual graphic artist who made his way to NYC in 1980. He got a good job right away with a busy company. Around 1984 he took his own life after contracting AIDS. If you have a chance, next time you pass him by, place a little marigold on the ground next to him for me! Pop by my facebook page, Mary, and read my new poem, The Reckoning. May that tingling of Autumn that quickens the soul to say 'Get ready! Get ready!', which quickens your step with a last hurrah before winter, may it swirl in your imagination and keep you snug in bed a night!

How gorgeous! I don't think I've ever really seen an authentic fall. My favorite skeletons are the ones dancing under the spider.

I think I like the skateboarders best

The popular ones have been the fireman, which I thought Daniel Collins would like, the walking the dog one and the dancing with the spiders (as opposed to dancing with the stars!) Do you think I mislabeled the nun/student one and that it just might be a lad proposing to his girlfriend?

I think I like the skateboarders, too, Kent!

HI, ALL THREE
GREAT VIEWING FALL PICTURES, REMINDS ME OF MY BFLO. DAYS.
LIKE THE SENIOR, FOR AS YOU RECALL SO-MANY AROUND HERE WITH THE WALKERS. LOVED YOUR GEESE. JUST PUT UP MY DECORATIONS, NOT AS FANCY AS THOSE--ALL WELL. ENJOY YOUR DAY AND THOSE WONDERFULL EVEVINGS.
