Our second stopover on the way back to the East coast. Again it was just a stop off point. At this stage the desert was getting a bit monotonous. Also we had to rush as we heard that alot of the roads were being cut off by flooding on the way to Cairns. They were having record rainfall with dams bursting and everything. Once again we carried on safe in the knowledge that we were arriving right in the middle of a rainy season again!
