So why would you want to travel the world? If you love your job, you have a wonderful girlfriend, great circle of friends, awesome housemates. If you live a full life of contentment when there is rarely a dull moment then why-oh-why would you turn away from all that? If you love your country then why the need to trail through 100 other countries. You love your life, so why would you change it?.... Why cram your life in a backpack and drag it all over the world, to places of wonder and places of squalor. What do you hope to find there?
Maybe you need to broaden your horizons, open your mind. Perhaps there is the need to grow up, maybe the fear of growing up. Could it be that there is something in the palm of life's hand which you still need to grasp? It is possible that you already have everything you ever wanted and need to travel to fully realize and appreciate it. Or maybe you're just a bit mad or you do it just because you can.
Or maybe, as a small child you had a dream. A dream of going to the wonderful world of far far away. As far as possible, as far as Papua New Guinea.
Why..... Why not? That’s the spirit of adventure!
