Well, I tried logging in today and lo and behold I have internet access from my hotel room. It's slow and cumbersome, but it's something! I got a call from Connie, my contact with MCHD and she's going to be assigning me a preceptor and hopefully getting my schedule worked out today!

One of the students from KPC's first paramedic class visited me last night in his ambulance so I got a quick tour and he also informed me that Sunday or Monday I and another student could move into his place and I could save myself some dough. Hopefully the hotel will let me checkout early and give me a refund. We'll see!

I'm so freaking excited!! Things are definitely looking up! :D
