So... my instructor told me that my internship site will be in Montgomery Texas. Montgomery is a suburb of Houston, Texas and the entire area is freaking HUGE. I'll be heading up there in the first week of September for my 6 week internship.

I've been looking around and it seems my best bet for lodgings is to stay at one of the extended stay hotels in the area. There are several to choose from, and I'll do my best to keep you guys updated.... but I'm not leaving for a month or so. In the mean time, I'll be using this travel blog to keep everyone updated as to my summer holiday. I'm heading out to Dolly Varden Lake tomorrow, so I'll be incommunicado until Friday afternoon when I return. When I do, however, I will have lots of pictures and stories to share.
