I have made it safely to the Kennedy Space Center. I have scouted out the best vantage point to view the Space Shuttle launch tomorrow afternoon. I am making this brief as I want to get up early to see the Shuttle Crawl along at 1 mile per hour towards the launch pad as the sun rises. Unfortunately the closest I can get to the launch pad is about 15 miles across the river. My Canadian Government ID doesn't mean much to the security guards here. I might have to go buy or rent an extra long telephoto lens. The forecast is for clear skies and minimal wind. Perfect weather for a launch. Stay tuned.
