Crab, mussel, squid, oyster, prawn & shrimp. These are but a few of the seafood items I've eaten in the past week.

Last Tuesday night at supper, Pranee ordered most of these items (and the others on Wednesday night). She noticed the trouble I had getting the prawns (or was is shrimp) out of it's shell. So what does she do? She does it for me.

It's the little things that matter.

On Valentine's Day it was, "I like you more now then an hour ago, and, I'll like you more tomorrow then I do now". That progressed to "I love you more now then yesterday, but less then I will tomorrow". That's the way love should be. A natural progression in intensity.

I love my Mini Cooper. I also love my children. One word that means different things. I definitely love my kids differently then my car. The same can be said about a friend, lover or spouse. People start a relationship and are afraid to say "I love you!". But Why? Nobody cares when you say "I love Ice Cream!"

I write all the time in my blog. I love EVERYBODY! Why not? Love is a very strong emotion. Attaching an emotion to our thoughts is what allows the Akashic Field to determine what's important to us. That's why attaching negative emotions to a thought brings about disastrous consequences.

The other morning I was laying in bed and I thought of the words "making love". Now those are words that can bring about disastrous results. A couple gets married in a ceremony that's often called a "Celebration of Love". During the first few years they "make love". The relationship is working well. Then kids come along, Careers skyrocket. Then the "love making" slows down and sometimes even stops. The couple are no longer MAKING love. So the love disappears.

I believe the best thing to call "IT" is "a Celebration of Love". If the marriage is a celebration of the uniting of two people, why can't an act of love that's repeated every night, or every week, or even every month, be called a Celebration? This way when you stop "making" something you don't stop having it.

Also, if I start off a relationship knowing that the next day there will be an even greater love, then the love can only grow. Too many people start off at the top of the heap thinking that they are so "In Love" at the beginning that they forget to work on keeping it there.

Now how did I "know" that Pranee was "THE" one? The more she talked the more the "signs" indicated that she was. She tells me that in June, July or August she's planning on being in Italy and France. She has friends who own a Champagne Vineyard in, where else, the Champagne region of France. She's been looking for a "special" someone to go to Venice with her. When she mentions these travel plans I asked her about her motorcycle riding experience. She says that she rides "big" bikes. Anybody who's read my blog already know of my plans to be in Europe this summer riding my BMW motorcycle to Finland and through all the European countries I haven't done yet. I now know I have a riding partner. BTW. Pranee mentions that she doesn't like riding one-up. She wants her own bike. Yes, my wish has been fulfilled. She is my Dream Girl. Just one of many fulfilled requests.

Living a life of luxury these past three days has been wonderful, even though I am alone. The resort is filled with couples, young and old, plus groups of friends. I am the sole single person. The staff is amazing. You meet a staff member once and they remember your name from that point on.

When I booked the week here there was a notice that the place was under renovation. My room is on the ground level near the pool and beach. The booking also said the room had two twin beds. The room is amazing. First off the location is far from the renovation work, I can get to the pool and beach from the patio doors, plus the room has a King size bed, though sleeping alone makes for a big bed. Even the renovation staff say "Hi" and "Good Morning" as I walk by.

When I checked in I was told that due to the renovations the internet was only accessible in the lobby. Last night Saban saw me working on my iPad in the lobby when he came over to chat. He starts asking me advice about the problems he's having with his computer. He then tells me that I can access the secure resort wifi internet that is accessible in my room and he gives me the password. This access point is only for employee use. Yes, I love my life!

This morning I wake up, and now, having internet access in my room check my email. There's an email sent by Pranee after I went to bed. She writes', "I miss you". What a thoughtful woman.

Saturday I lay by the pool suntanning and reading. Sunday I lay on the beach suntanning and then took a shuttle to the market. This was a waste of time as all the stores were selling the same trinkets and women's clothing. Saturday night there was a resort BBQ with typical Indonesian foods. I had to reserve my table. There was a quartet playing live music. Many of the songs they played that evening were the same ones I had heard when I was with Pranee on Valentine's Day. Nearby was sitting the young woman who looked like her. The Universe reminding me that she was with me in spirit.

Today I went back to the beach to tan. I have a good base tan now and I figured I'd wear my Speedo. Yes, I do own one of those. Haven't worn it in 10 years, or so. Not since Cancun in Mexico. But I still had it and had decided to bring it along on this trip for this week specifically. Trying it on before heading to the beach and I look in the mirror. I look pretty good. Actually, for a 47 year old I look pretty amazing. Six weeks in Asia without a daily Starbucks stop has reduced those love handles that were so hard to get rid of while I worked out before Christmas in Nanaimo.

A diet of seafood and other Asian staples is definitely good for the figure. Now I know how the Asian women do it. On the Dream list I have the Dream Girl, which I now have. Then there's the unlimited funds and living the life of luxury which is on the way. The other item on the Dream list is perfect health and 6-pack ABS.

Having gone for a swim in my Speedo I was walking out of the South China Sea when I thought of Daniel Craig as James Bond in Casino Royale. He's walking out of the water in his speedo, water glistening off his muscular body, women swooning as he walks by. Maybe not yet. But it's a goal.

Reach for the stars as you never know how far you'll soar.

Think It! Feel It! Live It! Love It!

PS. Other, much younger men were also on the beach with their speedos. I had more muscular definition then them. Gotta be proud of that. Besides, if the overweight European's can do it with their bellys hanging over the elastic band on a crowded beach, why can't I with a fairly good physique on a sparsely populated beach?

Point of information: The vast majority of women do NOT like men in Speedos - no matter how old/young, fat/skinny, muscular/fit (or not) they are. I have polled many many of my female counterparts over the course of 30 years and none of them did. I am sure there may be exceptions out there, but I never met one.

I'm just curious as to why you would poll women for over 30 years with this question?

As for me, I've seen many men who look good in them. Actually, today I saw an older gentleman in his 60's who looked good in one.

My turn to agree with our sister - I believe her point is not whether someone looks good in the article of clothing or how old they are - the point is whether or not the style should ever be worn by ANYONE! Throughout the years I too have heard comments from many women (just as you discuss woman in your blog women do have conversations about men and what they wear - which could be defined as "polling"!) and not once have I heard a woman say they liked the style!
