Up early and on the tour bus for the 2 hour drive and 1 hour boat ride to the Pagoda. We do the usual hotel to hotel detours picking up passengers until the 12 passenger bus is full. Then out the city and onto the motorway. We stop for a 20 minute break and then do the slow route on the side roads through various towns. The photos will describe what we saw.

Today I'll be talking about the women in my life these days. It's no secret that I'm on a journey to find my Dream Girl.

Will it happen on this trip? Maybe yes, maybe no. It's a basic premise of most religions, including Buddhism, that we need to learn to let go of attachment to outcomes. It can be called living in the present. It's taken me a long time to get to where I'm at. Outcomes no longer matter. The present provides me with all that I and we need. What I've started noticing about the women that are coming into my life each day all have part or parts of what I've told the Universe using the Law of Attraction and explained by the Akashic Field. The meeting with Elizabeth had more meaning then I've described. Part of it comes down to the reason I decided to come to Asia at this time.

Last summer I wrote that I had seen the movie Eat, Pray, Love, a book originally written by Elizabeth Gilbert and that I had read 3 years ago as described in Paul's Journey blog. In the book, and movie, Elizabeth goes to Italy to eat, to India to pray and to Bali to find love.

The women I'm meeting and hanging out with, KIm, Adrian, Elizabeth and Lily, plus others, all have characteristics of this Dream Girl of mine. Maybe that's all I will get. Pieces of this woman who may or may not exist. The reason these women do come into my life is explained by the Akashic Field. A field of information that is part of the fabric of all particles in the Universe. This has been scientifically proven.

Meeting Elizabeth was a milestone in this quest. Two people meeting up just because she asked me the time. We have a lot in common. Of course things didn't progress any further for probably a lot of reasons that are not important. My point in all this is that someone most probably will come into my life during this trip. But I'm OK if they don't. That comes back to the answer to the title of my first book, What? Is! The Meaning of Life.

The answer I found is living in peace and with God's grace. God, being defined as all that is, was, and will be and the creator of same. I am living in peace and acceptance of my life and I see it every single day, though some times not every single moment of each day, that I have received God's grace. I do have the information to create Heaven on Earth. Each day as I research Buddhism, Confucianism, Christian-ism, Science, etc, the answers are provided.

Believe me or not. My life really is bigger then me and everyone will become a believer when the time is right.

The one young Vietnamese woman I do have to specifically mention is the one that I had my picture taken with on the stairs to the grotto. I'm walking down the stairs behind this group of 5 or 6 young men and women. One of the guys turns around and asks if he can take my picture with one of the women. I agree. She was cute. It was also funny as she wasn't much taller then 5 ft, if that.

Even in Vietnam all the cute young women pay more attention to me then I believe they do to other men my age. I document very few of the times this happens. It could be explained by Karma. Send out positive thoughts to the Universe about how beautiful something is and you'll receive a ten-fold payback. Send out negative thoughts and that's also what you'll receive. Isn't that what the Bible also says?

Think It! Feel It! Live It! Love It!

PS. I have a plane to catch to Laos.
