If you don't like cars...skip the photos.
Sun, sun and more sun. I can get use to this weather. Today the temperature hit 25 C without a cloud in the sky. Definitely beach weather. Unfortunately there's no beach, only swimming pools. Nothing like ending a day catching some rays, tanning and going for a swim.
The day started with a couple of hours meandering around hot cars. Then cooling off with an Iced latte at Starbucks. Life is good!
Yesterday was DO day. It was time for a haircut, washing the Mini Cooper (only sun forecasted), and various other errands. Grabbed a coffee and sat around while someone else washed, waxed and polished my car. For 18 bucks why do it myself? I think I can get use to this life of leisure.
Then went for a hair cut at the Beauty School. Cheap haircut with a bevy of beauties milling around. No Beauty School drop-outs in the bunch. Then supper and off to the Theatre for Palm Canyon Theatre's rendition of A Chorus Line. Not as well presented as the time I saw it on Broadway, but pretty good for a local production.
The day had started with a 10K run/walk.
Thursday I did a 40 km bike ride and then hung out by the pool. Unfortunately (for a single in his 40's) the bevy of beauties lounging around the pool had a mean (or maybe that should be, minimum) age of about 65. Oh well!
BTW. My shoulder is healing quite well. Another week and I should be able to hit the gym and pump some iron.
Enjoy the photos. Off to the theatre again. Time for a moving picture show.
