I had planned in staying at a hostel nearby but there was no room at the Inn, so to speak, when I tried to book. Trying to find a place to stay using a hostel website when you don't know where the towns are in a country is very time consuming. It is also the weekend and Germans seem to like to go to the coast at this time. The Autobahn showed it. So I did the quickest thing to find accomodations in the general vicinity of where I wanted to be, used Expedia, and picked the cheapest hotel. And this is where I am.
This is brief as I am sure some people out there are worried about me. But I can assure everyone that the motorbike riding is going quite well now. No mishaps. A few detours.
