Well, it is another day in paradise! The last few days being here on the island of Santorini I have come to appreciate another whole way of life...the meaning of the word "siesta" (although Spanish) has been clarified as a necessity for survival here in the Greek islands. The heat at mid-day is incredible, although the breezes here on Santorini help considerably... it is hot, hot, hot!

I've toured around the island on the air-conditioned bus;gone to one of the beaches (at Perissa) and you'd think you were in Mexico! I've swum in the Aegean Sea a couple of times...one time off the side of a large sailing ship...walked around the rim of a dormant volcano...and shopped, shopped, shopped!

I looked up your villa on the web but could not find it. Obviously, it is really nice! we were in Santorini last spring and loved it as well.

Tomorrow you will all be in Austria. Will you be going to a wine garden? this travel blog is a great idea. Good for you for finding the time to do it. Thanks for sharing. Liked your photos.
