Hi All,, Bit of a slow day today,, we went on the river tour on a "bum boat", We saw a hush puppies shop where I hoped I might find some comfortable foot wear, but then,, when we went in,, it was a case of sore feet or sore wallet ! Worse, we had found a huge shopping mall full of shoe shops, Cath was mesmorized !
Dinner last night was the most expensive meal of the trip !

tomorrow is last day in Singapore, so it is packing and other chores before we leave for next destination... Cambodia, which is the bit I've been waiting for.

Morning :-) well,its offical,John is more of a shoe shopper than i am! ok its coz his shoes are crippling him...usually my complaint :-) but did see some gorg wedges that would have been PERFECT for ascot next month :-)
Anyway...i did a bit of culture...i went to one of the museums here. Have to say the stuff on display was amazing...so much history. The treasures of the moguls exhibit was incredible...while us Britons were digging holes,these peole were making the most exquisite jewellery! :-)
Am determined to have a Singapore sling whilst im here....job for tonight :-) So think of me sat by the river with vibrancy all around slowly sipping a Singapore sling cocktail :-)
