Hello.  This morning we were up early and out to tour the city.  Our first stop was the Ballpark for a two hour tour of Busch Stadium. Our tour guide Joe was very interesting and had his spiel down very good.  Our tour group consisted of 20 people and most were very agreeable and just wanted to enjoy the facts shared by the guide.  Except there was one guy who was a die hard St. Louis Cardinals fan and also seemed to be an official on all things St. Louis Cards.  Not sure why he was on the tour other than to tell everyone all the stuff he knew.  It was kind of annoying but then we just tuned him out and took it for what it was worth.  The grass at the ballpark was amazingly green.  It is apparently Kentucky bluegrass.
After the tour of the ballpark we did a fun tour trolley ride for an hour and half of the city and surrounding area.  it was such a great tour.  Our tour guide,  Gary was so friendly and you could not tell he just started a month ago.  He was so spot on with his descriptions and history of the city.  The tour was over by 4 and we headed back to the hotel to change and head to dinner.  We went to this place called Cunetto's Restaurant which was in "THe Hills" section of St. Louis and right down the street and three blocks over  from our hotel. THe Hill is the Italian American section of the city.   The food was delicious and reasonably priced.
After dinner we went to this area called THe Loop and walked around.  it was like a south street area of stores and bars.  WE stoppe din this place call "Blueberry hill".  It was the most ornately decorated place I've ever been in before.  Almost like a museum.  I will send you pics.  Have a great night.  We are getting sleepy.
