Back in Northern Ireland, we were happy to see Andy's family and enjoy our last month as travelers. One of our days out included a picnic and a visit to the Ulster American Folk Park. I had a great time learning all about the history of Irish people that immigrated to the U.S. I especially liked the tour of the ship and the transition from Ireland to life in America. It reminds me of Heritage Park in Calgary only better!

We also had a nice day out in Armagh during our stay. We had lunch with Edith and Harold then Andy and I bought tickets to St. Patrick's Trian Visitor Complex. Lot's to learn about St. Patrick and Armagh history. I especially liked the Gulliver's Travels museum. The massive Gulliver statue was great - it made me feel like a kid again!

Near the end of our stay with Andy's family we had a big Easter feast with Wendy, Mark, Rachel, Edith, Harold and Adrian. In addition, we spent some time visiting with Andy's aunts and uncles, including George and Sandra and the piglets on their farm. I got to hold newborn piglets - what fun!

On April 23rd we made our way to the Belfast Airport. After a quick evening flight to London Gatwick airport, we spent the night on airport benches and caught our morning flight to Calgary. This marks the end of Andy and Claire's Great Escapade!
