We spent a blissful week in Javea in August. Our days consisted of sleeping, swimming, eating, reading mixed with a bit of walking and snorkelling. We even got to see an Octopus!

The apartment we stayed in was perfect - with a huge terrace for sun-lounging. There was a nice communal pool and we could walk to the port and waterfront restaurants within 10 minutes.

Javea is a relly nice town and a bit off the tourist track as it is half way between Valencia and Alicante. The main beach and clubs area was busy but the port area was nice and chilled. Really great place for a get-away in Spain!
