Hello everyone!  Only 14 days until I leave for Santiago, Chile.  I can't wait!  For anyone who wants to know, my first flight departs from O'Hare at 5:25pm on October 14th.  We have a two hour flight to Atlanta.  Then we depart from Atlanta for Santiago, Chile!  That flight is expected to be about 10 hours long, so I better have my iPod ready!
The weather down there is supposed to be beautiful! Around 70 degrees when we are in Santiago and Easter Island.  Unfortunately, it's going to be much cooler when we go down to Punta Arenas.  Since it will be fall here when I leave, it is going to be spring there.
I'm so excited, and I know I'll miss you all a lot while I'm gone.
See you soon, Chloe

Have a wonderful trip
Chloe, I'm thrilled you get to have this experience! Enjoy every minute. Take lots of pictures and try to journal everyday...it will be fun to go back over your entries when you get home. It will help you remember every detail. I love you and are very proud of you. Mom P.S. Take good care of Grandma!

Looks like you're having fun!
Hi Chloe and Grandma,
Looks like you're enjoying yourselves. Technology is wonderful, we get to keep up with all you're doing. Does it feel surreal standing right by those heads? You want gum gum dumb dumb? Have fun. Not the same without you here.
Love Mom and family

What an opportunity!
Chloe,
It sounds like you are having the time of your life! I'm so excited that you have this opportunity to travel and be educated in a way that we can't provide for you at school!
Take a lot of pictures, and enjoy each minute of your trip!
I look forward to reading more of your entries and looking at your pictures!

Weather
You said it's windy, and it rained.
How cool is it?
It has really cooled off here in Bloomington 50-60 degrees.
Send more pictures!
We are enjoying your blogs.
Hayes couldn't sleep tonight...he has built the boat that is going to win the Boat Gutter Regatta!
Love, Mom, Dad, Gabby, Hayes and Biscuit
