took some photos of the orchids in the hostel i{m staying at. there{s a veranda here and it was nice to eat in. i don{t know what i ordered but it was tasty with a pickle on each [sandwich[.

went walking in the market with some aussie people i met at the hostel.. it smells like pee in some spots here... it{s not as nice as antigua.. so i{m kind of glad i{m leaving tomorrow morning}.

it was apparently national orchid week here last week.. and i missed it. sorry!!
the white orchid is their national flour called monja blanche meaning white moon.
the guy at the veranda was very informative and even showed me a cardamon plant and opened up a pod to smell it.

now imay go out to see some live music tonight but i just may go to bed early..
