What is Colombia famous for? Right, the coffee.
So no trip to Colombia without a visit to the coffee zone with its capital Salento. Everything here you can imagine is made of coffee: biscuits, necklaces, soap...
On Saturday everybody joins on the main square to find work for the following week, negotiate deals, have a chat about last week and not to miss the famous cup of coffee. We felt like real Colombia.
And not to forget: lots of wax palm trees (the national tree of Colombia) and hummingbirds.
