9:00am
I slept really well and had my usual bread with scrambled eggs and pineapple shake for breakfast.  I should be heading out pretty soon to walk around some of the sights around town with Franck and Elena, my new French friends.

11:45am
We went walking around for a bit around town and went by the Tonle Sap river.;  Then we went to the (way overpriced, at 6USD)  Royal Palace.  It was really nice and had some really interesting and ornately detailed Palaces and paintings inside, but too expensive for Asia, haha..

Now we're at "Friends", a restaurant by the National Museum that helps street children.  After eating lunch we'll head to the National Museum.

6:50pm
Good, busy day.After the Royal Palace and lunch we indeed went to the excellent National Museum.  We weren't in the mood to pay the extra 3 dollars to take pictures so sorry, no pictures.  There was an excellent collection of Khmer and Angkorian bas-reliefs and sculptures.

Afterwards we went in search of the "Seeing Hands"  blind massage place, but alas, it had changed location.  The good thing, though, was that the Wat (temple) next to it was in a really cool park filled with free roaming monkeys.  I took lots of pictures and hung out there for a while.

After walking back along the riverside, we returned to the hotel.  I've noticed as I walk along the streets that the Cambodian people seem, in general, much friendlier than the other people from the other Asian countries I've been in so far.  Way more smiles and hellos on the streets than usual.
