Seriously.
I went to the morning meeting for the registrars and learned a huge amount, comported myself with a seeming sense of competence,(I hope) and scored an AWESOME lunch where I was seated next to the...*looks for card*
Director of the Horse Registration Department here in Oman.
What a nice guy, we had a excellent discourse over a few courses. LOL Talked about Belize, and then were joined by Lebanon, and Morocco who were also quite pleasant.
Well Morocco was anyway. Lebanon was... hurried. I also ended up giving a recorded interview to... somebody for the radio station about my experience so far in Oman.
