Wire Pass Trailhead
The rest of the afternoon in Page, we replenished some of our supplies, and relaxed, before deciding to make our way to the trailhead for the following morning's hike to The Wave. 35 miles west of Page we turned off on House Rock Rd. It was a dirt washboard road with plenty of ruts. We were thrilled to see the parking area that would be our stop for the night 8.5 miles down the rough road . We again got everything ready, this time packing our smaller lighter day packs. Once we had organized for the following day, we were off to sleep.
