Hey,
I have arrived in Munich, looking forward to a week of beer, soccer and hopefully another great soccer game for Australia!!! The flight here was really cool, went over the top of the swiss alps, it was incredible!!
The world cup is a great time but its destroying my liver. My life has revolved around football, beer and eating since the world cup has started. Every day drinking for at least 8 hours, in the beer gardens by 3 and stumble to a club after the games finish at about 11. I almost went to the Aus Brazil game with Kate, but the scalpers wanted 800 euro for a seat in the clouds, crazy. We ended up watching the game at a fan fest, with about 30,000 people it went off. Everyone was yellow, after the game we danced the Samba for about 2 hours, it went nuts. Im going to Stuttgart tomorrow, which should be great fun, staying at a place set up for the world cup, Fan Camp, for 1000 people, its going to be a lot of fun especially if we win. Hopefully, I will be able to scalp tickets for that game, and hope Australia wins or draws. I thinI might cancel all of my current plans and follow the Aussies around Germany!
Go Aussie!
