We decided to go to our host via hollywood walk of fame.  Sunday was busy as, but actually great entertainment, all sorts of bizarre characters wandering about including all of your favourite movie stars from Marilyn Monroe, to Jack Sparrow.  We headed from there to a recommended Mexican restaurant.  We met our host Susan there and enjoyed an interesting meal.  The restaurant served in the tradition of Mexico City with the waiter reciting the menu in a real entertaining way.  We enjoyed this meal alot more than our last one, but I still wouldn't profess to mexican being my favourite type of food.
Susan has a beautiful dog called Chesa, a golden retriever who the kids enjoyed immensely.

We went to Universal studios for our one full day here.  It was really handy and just up the road.  We saw a Backdraft show, a special effects show, and an animal show as well as the waterworld show and rode on the rides, the most popular rides were the Jurassic Park water ride and the return of the Mummy ride, sam and Zack enjoyed that one, but Cass and I found it way too freaky.  You will notice Chris isn't mentioned here.  He developed an allergy to theme parks early on.  He tried to find some respite from the noise while we rode the rides, and came home with a thumping headache and went to bed at 5.30pm.

We all had pasta for dinner and enjoyed an opportunty to get to know Susan, we really enjoyed our time here even though it wasn't long and thoroughly enjoyed both her and Chesa's company.

We headed off Thursday for Disney having decided we would need two days at Disney.

You're speaking American
Can't believe how quickly you've picked up a new language 'reciting the menu in a real entertaining way'
