Today we started our sailing. My crew is awesome, its alot of the fun people from the trip. I get to be the chef on the boat, which im looking forward to. I went to the market to buy some fresh fruit and veg before we left. Its really cool sailing, about every hour and a half or so we stop for a swim stop. Sometimes its just in the middle of the sea but sometimes there really cool stops. Today, we stopped next to a grotta and a couple people swam inside of it, it was really cool. We also stopped at a beach one and that was good as well. The water is an incredible deep blue, and it is the clearest thing I have ever seen. You can swim ten meters down and still be seen perfectly clear. Its unreal. It was fun at the stops cause usually we just mess around and do flips off the boat and stuff, or at lunch time I cooked up a mushroom risotto with green peppers and tomatoes, it was decent. Tonight we docked at a really small fishing town that the name excapes me. We had a great dinner, I ate musaka. Its kind of like a greek lasagna with eggplant. I also had a greek salad (veggies and feta and olives over olive oil basically) and Tsatziki dip. Everything was delicious. A bit of drama though because the guy whose in charge of leading our sailing boats is kind of a jerk, so people were uneasy about him, and then he took inappropriate pictures of the girls in our tour. A bunch of the boys had some words with him though, so he straightened out a bit. Still, a bit of a downer to an awesome day. Tomorrow we sail over to the isle of Corfu, which is going to be awesome.
