The city was full of orange stoned people out to celebrate their monarch. We smoked some ganja in a cafe, purple haze I believe, mellow, cause Caitlin gets socially akward. Come on now parents, its Amsterdam, what did you expect? We met up with our friends from Brugge and wandered through the city in the rain, loud music, parties everywhere. No one informed us however that tennis shoes are not appropriate club attire, and they wouldnt let us in (thanks Caitlin). Fortunately for us our friends had their own personal basement club, sans dresscode. We´re taking red lights, zebra walls, and their own personal dj. Had to take the train to Antwerp to get a hotel, since everything in Amsterdam was sold out, but again, one day is DEFINITELY not enough to see what Amsterdam has to offer. Another time.
