Where I stayed
That is the question everyone asks us when they hear we visited Metz. We, however, found the town to be quite beautiful, and very yellow. The blossom trees were so full of fowers that the branches were actually weighted down. We met a friend Alfonso from Venezuela who currently lives in Italy, whoīs cycling around Europe for a month. Man do we feel out of shape and lazy. The rivers were surrounded by beautiful parks that we were hoping to relax and enjoy the sunshine in, but were continually bothered by men, who didnīt speak english, and wouldnīt take our hints. Apparently when someone doesnīt speak your language, it isnīt just americans who talk louder and slower, its universal. And guess what. We still donīt know what your saying. Some actually got offended that we didnīt speak French, and our response was, YOU CAME UP TO US! Jerks. All in all, Metz is yellow, beautful, and no one understands why anyone would go there.
