This is my last hook in Argentina before getting to Bolivian border. Since I had a free day I decided to go to the small village everyone recommended me called Iruya. I always miss some information and arrived there at night in the middle of the tents, the music and some drunk guys. This weekend there was a fiesta in the village for Virgen del Rosario, protector of the place. It was a surprise. Groups of people were running in circle on the squares with some music and songs wearing ponchos. Once I found a place to stay and hung around this crazy place lost in the mountains after a three-hour bus ride in the middle of nowhere. The day after I could discover the spectacular sceneries around. I got a bit lost on my way to San Isidro following a man with his donkeys but it was worth it because I could see the red mountains in the valley. Heading back I met two girls who knew the way to we went together to San Isidro. Leaving the chaos of Iruya due to the party, I could see the landscape I missed the day before during the night going through a pass at 4000m.
