Japan in 18 hours

So now I can say i have been to Japan - okay it was an 18 hour trip and 8 of those i was sleeping and another 3 of those was checking into the flight... but we did get a taste of japan. After getting off a 9 hour flight we ventured into Narita mall and we found the only japanese restaurant - we could have had italian, english or Maccas! but we wanted authentic japanese food! The menu was set out with pictures and plastic representations of the items on the menu. We orders by pointing and saying one with a finger indicator - and amazingly enough we got what we ordered!
