Tracking a high school exchange student

Florian is a guy who studied for a year at my high school in 2001-2002.  Even though I didn't speak German at the time, we still became good friends.  I hadn't seen him in since but he invited me to a party if I could make it to Nürnberg. 

It was like no time had passed when I met him at the airport where helicopters were ferrying people to this party.   It was great catching up with Florian even if it was a quick trip.   The party was incredible, set in an old castle on a hill and had an open bar, food, a Michael Jackson cover band, Cuban cigars and Tara Reed.   I am still not equipped to stay up until 7am, but did it anyway. 



Sunday

Took it really easy after the night before's festivities.  Traveled to Florian's parents' house. Half the fun was getting there at 240 kph in his Mercedes.
