By this point in the week, the guys and I were cool with just kicking back.  We ended up checking in the the Four Points and payed $25 per person per night for much nicer accommodation and better location with respect to malls and restaurants.

The highlight of the day was surely the restaurant we went to.  The bummer is that none of us took a camera with us.

The hotel concierge recommended a restaurant, named El Cielo (Spanish for heaven or sky).  He told us that it was about 6 blocks from the hotel, but we ended walking for a couple miles.  We finally found it.  When we walked in, everyone turned and stared at us.  Maybe they've never seen Asians so up close.  Then, they lost interest and continued with their meals.  Turns out that they were full for the evening.

When I asked what kind of food it was, the explanation given was that it's creative cooking.  You can choose between a 12 course experience or a 20 course one and that it takes 2 or more hours for a meal.  The courses include items that cause you to use multiple senses.  After the explanation, we wanted to eat there even more.

The waiter referred us to their sister restaurant, called Blanco El Cielo.  It took us a while to find this one too, but it was worth it.  The food was amazing and the service was great.  We all ordered a fish or a meat with a side of pasta.  Soooooo delicious.  Everything from the bread to the drinks to the dessert.

Seriously wish we had a camera.  At least we got a business card.
