Nah...just kidding(sorry Paul)...though I would love to.....
We are waiting to go t our new Hotel and are making use of the free internet as it is raining...and our market shopping has been put on hold...will get out there soon.
Went out last night with Fei a girl we met on our machu Picchu trek so that was cool...went to a brewery pub place in Palermo.We are planning to go out and eat meat tonight....and also catch up again with fei and another guy from our trek who gets here today...it´s been great having contacts in the big cities...especially as Fei has moved here.
I know it sounds like Erin and I hae been shopping since wr got here...which we have...but we have done touristy thingsYesterday we did the cemetry in Recoletta....an amazing place with huge Musoleums....great photo´s...though very bizarre being able to see coffins just sitting there...a little creepy!!!!Also at one time i was peering into a musoleum and there was this awful smell...then i realised the window into the tomb was open.....eeewww!!!!So that stopped me looking in!!!!We have also done lots of walking around it is an amazing city for its cool buildings and land marks etc.
We both made large purchases yesterday...Erin bought a nice leather handbag...amd i bought a cow hide!!!!!!Yes you heard right...its a 3 metre black amd white cow hide....lots of leather etc over here....not sure quite what I will do with it at the moment...but I wanted one and when I saw one I liked I bought it.So we now need to buy new bags to bring all our purchases home in!!!
Anyway we bettr get out and explore

Hi Today, Been looking for you,and you are so busy shopping and doing interesting things...so perfect the shopping destination is your last stop.!It all sounds so fabulous. I see the temps are moderate,and some rain expected.
We are back to cold, windy...but to be calm and fine...finally.. later in the week.

have you been out tango 'ing'? Do they still have heaps of cats hanging out at the parks, are the banks still boarded up? Enjoy all those big steaks. Think Ali is going to be in Melbourne sometime next week - what date do you get back, any stop over in Auckland?
