If you snore that loudly you should not be allowed to sleep in 12 bed dorms. Had a snorer either side of me, felt like I was trying to sleep in a zoo. NO FUN. So bloody hot in the night, almost died from that too. Loving life.
The Korean girl in the bunk opposite me finally spoke to me, she's quite nice, leaving today though. Thanks a bunch. Who needs pals eh.
On the plus side I finished my first book, the camomile lawn. Quite liked it in the end! Going to attempt a whole book before my flight tomorrow to lighten my load. Exciting stuff...
Walked to a massive park near china town, pretty cool, lots and lots of stairs though. As I'm reading a book about Everest I felt obliged to climb to the top. Until I got to a barbed wire fence with pictures of people being shot. Decided to sit half way down, read my book and not dice with death. Parks here are creepily empty. Nice view though.
Wondered around china town again for a bit, but so hot I think I may die. Not even worth it for the tan. I shall continue to be the palest traveller about.
Saw a girl sat in McDonald's from the hostel so went and said hey, she's really nice but also leaving today. Not having much luck on the friend front...
My room at the hostel is now full of very old Chinese people. At least 60+, they're all asleep and surprise surprise...snoring.
1 sleep till New Zealand bound!
